FOOD DONATIONS:  We accept monetary and non-perishable food donations on Tuesdays from 9 AM - 2:30 PM, Wednesdays from 9 AM - 2:30 PM, and Thursdays from 12 PM - 6:30 PM.  Call (860-741-7321) for assistance with special pick ups.  DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE DELIVERY DOOR IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING DURING OPERATIONAL HOURS.  PLEASE RING THE BELL FOR SERVICE.  PLEASE...DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.  CALL TO ARRANGE FOR SPECIAL DONATION PICK-UPS.

REGISTRATION / FOOD SHOPPING:  Families / households who have not registered or re-qualified may do so during food shopping hours on Wednesdays from 9 AM - 1 PM and Thursdays from 2 PM - 6:30 PM.  Services WILL NOT BE PROVIDED until the application is completed.  Call (860-741-7321) or e-mail us for assistance.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: The days and hours for family choice shopping create opportunities for more volunteers.  Contact us at 741-7321 or e-mail (enfieldfoodshelf@att.net or info@enfieldfoodshelf.org) or on Facebook for information.

Emergency food orders can be arranged by calling the Food Shelf at (860-741-7321) or Neighborhood Services (860-253-6396). Local town agencies and churches process referrals.

... LOOKING for VOLUNTEERS ...

The Enfield Food Shelf is looking for volunteers for retail pick ups, stocking and client assistance during its hours of operations on Mondays from 9 a.m. to noon; Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Hours are flexible and can be tailored to most schedules.  Volunteers with trucks who are available for donation pick up in the morning hours are especially needed.  If you are interested in this rewarding opportunity, please call 860-741-7321 or visit our website at www.enfieldfoodshelf.org for more information.  Please join us as we assist people in need!
